A Family Break at Singapore 2006 - Part 2

So this is part 2 of my blog on our family vacation in Singapore. I have added in some short videos too for your viewing pleasure.

Picture below was taken at Fabers Hill, where the Cable Car ride to Sentosa starts.
















At the Faber Hill Cable Car station, there was a pond with huge 'koi' fish. Lovely to view.
















Kids were fascinated by the fish.
















On the Cable Car we went... what were the kids looking at?? (go to next pic)
















The ever famous Merlion statue on Sentosa seems to loom out of nowhere to "greet" us.
















At Sentosa Cable Car station, there were many peahens wondering around the walkways...
















.... and the roofs!
















Our first stop on Sentosa was the Underwater World!
















A diver was feeding the fishes in the "tube" aquarium. Lots of beautiful coral fishes here!
















There were many exhibits in aquariums like the videos below...

Then, into the tunnel we went! How exciting for the kids!
















We were surrounded!
















There were many different fishes in the tank, to the kids delight!

We saw a diver cleaning the tank, too.
















There were plenty of sharks e.g. bull sharks, hammerhead sharks, sharks with mouth that looked like a chain saw, etc..
















AND of course the ever famous 3D holographic shark at Underwater World!
