Lake Garden Butterfly Farm
We were at Lake Garden, KL last Saturday morning to visit the Butterfly Farm. To date, we have been to three of such farms in Malaysia i.e. Penang, Cameron Highlands and now in KL. Both Josh and Jess were pretty excited about the trip.
It is basically a garden with a see through netting like canopy above it to keep the butterflies in. It also has a little Japanese garden. It was nice when the breeze is blowing but when it is still, it can be quite hot. The walk around the garden was interesting but I reckon that some plants seem to be a bit over grown. With a little more trimming here and there, the garden would actually look nicer. Here are some pictures we took to give you a glimpse of what it is like.
Yes, there were turtles too! Reminded us of Tommy, our turtle pet in Miri.
