Brollies selling s-l-o-w-l-y?

This photo was taken whilst I was in Kuching at Electra house. I'm wondering what the "tau-kay" must be thinking to put all those brollies in the dustbin as a "showcase" at the five foot way! I wouldn't be surprised if the brollies don't sell! (some may say this is for practical reasons!)
